Transformasi Digital melalui Implementasi Sistem Informasi pada Organisasi Modern
Abstract
Digital transformation has become a strategic necessity for modern organizations in responding to an increasingly competitive and technology-driven business environment. One of the main efforts to achieve digital transformation is through the implementation of integrated information systems aligned with organizational business processes. This study aims to analyze the role of information systems in driving digital transformation and to identify their impact on organizational performance. The research adopts a qualitative approach using a descriptive method, with data collected through interviews, observations, and document analysis. The findings indicate that the implementation of information systems improves operational efficiency, accelerates information flow, enhances the quality of decision-making, and fosters changes in organizational culture toward greater technological adaptability. However, the study also reveals several challenges, including employee resistance, limited information technology competencies, and technical issues during the early stages of implementation. Therefore, the success of digital transformation is determined not only by technological factors but also by human resource readiness, top management support, and sustainable change management strategies. This study is expected to serve as a reference for organizations in designing and implementing information systems as part of their digital transformation strategy.
